I am sending a copy of this letter to Gent at the Colonial Office and to Reynolds at the Air Ministry. The telegraphic correspondence about Mr. Pawley's suggestion to share the output of the Loiwing factory was sent, not to Reynolds, but to Wing-Commander Hammond at the Air Ministry. (Sgd.) 9.1. MON!
